In a desperate act to escape death, Charles used a voodoo ritual to transfer his soul into the nearest object – a “Good Guy” doll. And thus, Chucky the killer doll was born.

Stuck in the body of a toy, Chucky’s not quite happy with her fate. See, the voodoo ritual only works temporarily. She needs to transfer his soul into a human body, and fast. Her preferred target? The first person who learned her secret – sadly, this often turns out to be an innocent child.

Chucky’s reign of terror began in 1988 with the original “Child’s Play” movie. The film introduces us to young Andy Barclay who unwittingly receives Chucky as a birthday present. It spawned several popular sequels, a reboot in 2019, and even a recent successful TV series that explores Chucky’s backstory and keeps the horror alive.
